MANAGEMENT TEAM STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

After an excellent win over Corby Phoenix on Saturday Punjab can now look to build on that game for the rest of the season.
Alot of the hard work comes from the newly appointed Coach at the club David Oakley who joined Punjab in mid October from Corby Madisons.
Between him and Amrit Poonia they are now working closely in organising training on a weekly meeting aswell as changing the approach for training that now runs from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Thursday evenings at CTC.
In addition the matchday meet up times for home games is a more stricter time of 1pm with players expected to be ready for warm up at 1:20pm.
Players are requested to TEXT or PHONE if they cannot make training and if they will be late getting there for matchdays which as a result will save them £1 fine that goes towards the clubs xmas night out if these rules are not adhered to.
By adopting this approach we should firmly see a more focused squad from the management team down to the players.

On top of that we still have a very strong team with Garinder Birk (Chairman) Satnam Shergill (President) & Ashley Brigstock (Team Co-ordinator & Physio)

On behalf of all at Punjab I would like to wish Dave Oakley all the best at the club as we continue to thrive for success.

Literally straight after De La Huliniere saved well and Danny Spencer hooked off the line to keep the scores level.
