Khalsa 1st Team despite warming up had there fixture halted by referee Andy Payne who deemed the pitch unplayable.

Better News for the reserves who ended Weldon unbeaten league run with a super win 2-1.

TEAM NEWS AS 1ST TEAM HOST MOULTON AND RESERVES TRAVEL TO WELDON

Khalsa will attempt to finally play fixtures this week as the 1st team host Moulton and the reserves travel for a local derby to Weldon Reserves.

Only absentees from the squad are Richard Evans and the suspended duo Mcluckie and Wilson.

1st Team:- Allen(S), Lindsay, Saini, Carr, Miller, Cox, Caine, Carvalho, King, Gasson, Park, Bennett, Bradley, McCabe, Singh, Calder

Reserve Squad:- Murray, Clark(A), Milne, Hall, Laine, Smith, Taylor, Palmer, Loughran, Mcpherson, Mclellan, Bairstow, Forsyth, Spencer, Morgan, Britton, Ware, Allen(M)

Players and Officials to meet at Corby Rugby Club at 12:15pm.

BOTH GAMES FALL FOUL TO THE WEATHER

Khalsa have now gone eight weeks without a fixture due to bad weather and the xmas holiday period after the latest round of matches were called off.
However the squad will try again this weekend with the 1st Team at home to Moulton and the reserves travelling to Weldon for the local derby.

In the meantime the lads will be put through there paces in training on Thursday Night 7:30pm till 9pm at CTC Corby.

TEAM NEWS AS KHALSA GET READY FOR 2010

Khalsa enjoyed a very benefical training session of a 24 man squad as both the first team and reserves went about to stake claims for this weekends fixtures.
The 1st Team travel to High Flyers Harborough Town whilst the reserves entertain Gretton at home.
Team News sees only five absentees from the squad with Lewis Everitt, Dean Clark (injured) Bruce Calder (unavailable) and suspended duo Billy Mcluckie and Andy Wilson.
Besides that the squad has a relatively clean bill of health.
New signings Richard Evans, Cliff Milne, Andy Clark and Michael Bairstow are added and the club await clearance for Den Palmer and Jamie Mclennan.
Callum Muir is also added amongst the reserves for the first time since October 09.
