Punjab made it three straight wins in pre-season to win a high scoring game against Division One outfit Medbourne.
Alot of credit has to go to both squads for producing a great game that was played over 4 30minute halves so both managers could take a good look at their respective squads.
In period 1 Punjab raced into a 2-0 lead when Michael Chong squared for Andrew Cox to tap in then a carbon copy of goal one by the duo gave Andrew Cox his second.
Ross Mitchell then scored at the back post to make it 2-1 at the end of Period 1.
In Period 2 with changes being made at both ends Young Striker Jack Burrows lobbed home from 20 yards to make the game 2-2.
In Period 3 Punjab took a strong hold of the game when Hassan Mumin raced clear to score with a neat finish for 3-2 before Gary Wilson won the ball and finished with good low drive for 4-2.
Hassan Mumin then raced clear to add a second after some good work between Jazz, Coxy and Logue for 5-2
Medbourne were then awarded a penalty that Kevin Fisher despatched well for 5-3.
Andrew Cox scored his hat trick with a very good goal when spinning the ball up and crashing a half volley in from 20 yards plus for 6-3.
Rob Thompson then finished well for 6-4 before Andrew Cox added his fourth from a curling finish for 7-4.
In Period 4 Jazz Saini hammered home number 8 with a neat finish before Medbourne's Kevin Fisher finished well from a through ball to finish the scoring at 8-5 to Punjab.
A special thank you to Medbourne and Punjab Players for producing a good game played in great spirit...
