SHERIDAN LEADS THE WAY AS RESERVES WIN

Khalsa Reserves 2 Milton 0
David Sheridan (2) 1 pen

HT 1-0

Young striker David Sheridan was the hero for Khalsa Reserves with a goal in either half.
Khalsa arrived for the contest knowing that 6 more points will ensure safety for the season as they look for a top 6 finish in the final weeks of the season.
With a hard ground and hot conditions the game was never a classic but Khalsa were professional in the approach and were duly rewarded when David Sheridan was pulled back by the Milton defender to earn a penalty which he stepped up and converted.
Khalsa created other chances but indecision ensured the contest stayed close until David Sheridan ran through to slot home for 2-0.

All in all a good day at the office with all the lads playing a prominent role in the victory.

Team:- Murray, Mcpherson, Duncan, Park, Reid, Morgan, Wilson, Gasson, Carr(c), Campbell, Sheridan (subs:- Carvalho for Carr; Taylor for Morgan; Clark for Gasson)

Khalsa Man Of The Match:- Andy Wilson
