Punjab produced a great team performance to bounce back from last weeks defeat to see of Gretton 7-1.
The game was barely 3 minutes old when Andrew Cox on his return to the starting line up scored a brilliant volley after controlling the ball on his chest and volleying it straight in for 1-0.

The home side levelled after they were awarded a penalty for 1-1.
Punjab then took a strong hold of the game when Julian Millington on his first start of the season made it 2-1 after some great work by Gary Park and as he rolled the ball back Jules placed the ball into the bottom left corner.

Jules then made it 3-1 when he finished a knockdown at the near post.

Winger Victor Carvalho then produced a stunning finish for 4-1 when he jinxed his way past three players and hit a brilliant left foot shot from 25 yards into the net that gave the keeper no chance.

In the second half striker Jules hit his hat trick with a good finish before finishing off a mikey logue chance for his fourth and punjab's 6th.

The seal was put on the game when Ross Mcvey came off the bench to score with his first touch after jules had fed the ball into his path for 7-1.

Further chances were missed but Punjab got back to winning ways.
