Punjab produced a comprehensive win against Wellingborough Old Grammarians to continue there push for promotion.

Punjab scored as early as the fifth minute when Hassan Mumin scored his first of the season with a overhead kick from a well executed corner by Ahmet Aksu.

Michael Chong then flicked home the second after a long throw.

The away side pulled one back after the break before Punjab took total control.

Sub Victor Carvalho who had come on for Roland Caka then hammered home from close range after good work from Andrew Cox for 3-1.

The second sub Michael Crawford then scored from close range for 4-1 before Andrew Cox put the seal on the game with a neat finish after good work from Victor Carvalho and Michael Chong.
