Punjab were put through there paces in ideal preparation for the NFA Lower Junior Cup tie versus Great Doddington on Saturday.
Team news sees Striker Hassan Mumin return after suspension with Chris Bright also pushing to make the squad this week.
Punjab will have to make do without Garinder Birk, Gary Park and Victor Carvalho for this one.
Manager Amrit added "Boys are showing a real hunger to suceed in training which in turn is transformed to the matches.

Squad:- Bhandal, Huseyin, Hetherington(p)(c), Hetherington(s), Saini, Homer, Logue,Bright, Barry, Cox, Millington, Wilson, Mumin, Chong, Shergill, Calder.
Players and Officials to meet at Weekly Glebe Fields at 12pm. Kick Off is 1.30pm.
