QUEST FOR PROMOTION HEATS UP

Punjab travel to Woodford to face Ristee Towers this weekend which promises to be a tight encounter.

This will be Ristee's last fixture of the season and they will want to go out with a win for the season.

Whereas Punjab will be hoping to pick up three points in there quest for promotion.

The squad enjoyed a 19 man training session in preparation for this game.

The players had some good banter in training and enjoyed some good drills and a fairly competitive game to finish off the session.

With the exceptions of long term absentee Bukhtar Taggar and young defender Govinder Shergill the manager has a full squad to pick from.

Squad sees Stewart Hetherington, Gary Wilson, Ahmet Aksu, Amarpreet Singh and Garinder Birk all added to the squad after missing out last week.
